    Braid before bed.

Is waking up with gentle, beach-y waves your dream? Time to make those dreams a reality. Megan has a trick that gets her out of the door faster. “I wash and dry my hair before I go to sleep, then plait it into a braid. When I wake up, I just shake the waves loose with my fingers and set it with hairspray.” Keep those waves shiny and flyaway-free with our Compressed Flexible Hold Hairspray

    Define curls overnight.

Any curly girl will tell you that sometimes the less you do to your hair, the better. Well, we’ve got a trick for that too. After washing your hair, squeeze out any excess water, and then scrunch in our Curl Defining Mousse (it’s great for keeping curls defined and manageable). Then just pile your damp hair up on your head, wrap a t-shirt around it, and head to bed. The t-shirt will help minimize frizz and keep your hair smooth. Plus, since your curls aren’t pulled down, they’ll keep their natural shape better

Stay sleek with second day hair.

When you want to look fancy fast, updos with a sleek finish are a classic go-to: they look stylish, but take hardly any time at all. One of our favorite quick updos is deceptively simple and works even better with second-day hair. Just sweep your hair back tightly (but gently) and secure into a ponytail, then wrap a piece of hair around the elastic and secure with bobby pins. As your hair isn’t as smooth as when it’s just washed, you’ll probably find it looks and feels thicker. And for even more hold, finish with a spritz of hairspray – our Compressed Extra Hold Hairspray gives you strong hold but without that concrete-like finish
