Practice gratitude
We can all use a little extra positivity. That’s why taking a moment to consider and write down what you’re grateful for is so powerful. It could be a few lines about the friends you appreciate, or pages about your hopes for the future. Either way, this practice will help you focus on all the amazing things in your life that are sometimes easy to take for granted.
Once you’re clear on what you’re feeling grateful for, don’t forget to share that positivity. You can repeat words of affirmation to yourself in the mirror, or message your family and friends to show them how much they mean to you.
