My Beauty My Say
Somewhere along the way, it has become the norm to judge women based on their appearance and use their beauty against them. With #MyBeautyMySay campaign we feature stories of amazing women who stood up for their own beauty. Help encourage women everywhere to stand up for their own beauty by sharing your story using #MyBeautyMySay

Meet Heather, a boxer from Brooklyn. Heather is constantly told she’s “too pretty to fight” but her face has nothing to do with her boxing. Then there’s Jessica, who as a girl was told that only skinny girls could dress well. Today, she is a fashion icon and uses her blog to show that size doesn’t matter when it comes to style.
What do these women have in common? They’ve refused to be held back by comments about their looks, and those are just two of the extraordinary stories in our latest campaign.
Somewhere along the way, it has become the norm to judge women based on their appearance and use their beauty against them, holding them back, limiting them. Whether that’s in gossip columns, conversations or on social media. In the latest global research conducted by us, 7 out of 10 women agree that they get more comments at work about their appearance than their achievements.
That’s why with the #MyBeautyMySay campaign we want to empower women to define beauty on their own terms. By featuring the stories of Heather, Jessica and other amazing women we want to inspire you to share your story too. So if you’ve ever had your looks used against you, share what you said using #MyBeautyMySay to help encourage women everywhere to stand up for their own beauty.
