Black Birth Equity Fund Grant Application

As part of Baby Dove’s commitment to helping close the gap in care and health outcomes for Black expecting mothers, birthing individuals, and their babies, Baby Dove is launching The Black Birth Equity Fund. The Fund will provide immediate care to expecting Black moms and birthing individuals by increasing access to doulas as critical supports in the birthing journey.

Online Eligibility: In order to qualify by entering online, applicants must:

  • Be Black/African-American

  • Be expecting a child/children, and be in their first - third trimester of pregnancy at the time of application submission

  • Reside in the United States

  • Be seeking Doula services for your birthing journey – the award cannot be used for other services beyond Doula support and care.

  • NOTE: All other information requested (e.g. income, family size, etc. will not determine eligibility or ineligibility).
