Rose, Producer
As a girl, Rose never saw anyone on the cover of a magazine who looked like her – but even then, she always felt beautiful.

Rose grew up in an orphanage where she was told that her color meant she couldn’t be beautiful. She knew this was wrong, but it was hard growing up without any beautiful black women to look up to.
The turning point came when she saw a photo of the model Iman and realized there were other women who looked like her that were considered beautiful. At 43, Rose is confident in her own style and no longer feels pressure to look a certain way. She believes maturity helps you build confidence in how you look and to develop a style that makes the most of your beauty
