Let’s champion women’s self-esteem at work

Thriving Through
Menopause

Dove is committed to supporting women’s self-esteem and helping them feel self-assured at every stage of life, including during menopause. To achieve this, we have launched this dedicated site designed to raise awareness on menopause, and start the conversation of workplace menopause support among women and businesses alike.

Dove Menopause Insight (DMI) research highlights challenges in the workforce

Our Dove Menopause Insight (DMI) research surveyed over 1,000 women in the Australian workforce to understand the support available during menopause.

The findings showed that while 62% of women feel comfortable discussing menopause at work, only 6% women surveyed said that their workplaces offer relevant policies. Additionally, 44% reported lower self-esteem and 46% experienced reduced confidence, with 55% considering quitting or taking time off due to menopause.

Women highlighted flexible working arrangements (51%), temperature control (36%), and additional leave (35%) as the most helpful workplace initiatives, alongside the need for menopause policies and informed support.
