But Kathrin didn’t always feel this way. As a young girl, she spent countless hours trying to be the blonde beauty featured in most magazines – even though she knew this wasn’t her.
It was only when she discovered yoga that something clicked. Taking time to care for herself, accept what her body is capable of and to not care how she looked while doing it unlocked a true confidence in Kathrin.
Today, Kathrin seeks out moments where she feels the most beautiful, be it sweating in a yoga class or laughing loudly with friends.
