Body Confident Sport consists of two programmes: Body Confident Athletes and Body Confident Coaching, designed to be delivered by coaches or trusted adults within girls’ sport environments. Body Confident Sport is a first-of-its-kind, scientifically proven set of coaching tools to build body confidence in 11–17-year-old girls.
