For strong, soft hair use Dove Intensive Repair Treatment Mask once a week (or twice if your hair is especially stressed out) after shampooing. Apply to freshly washed hair, smoothing it in from mid-lengths to tips and massaging through with your fingers to cover every strand. Let it work on your hair for three to five minutes and then rinse out.
