1 in 2 girls who quit sports are criticised for their body type. We want to change that with the Body Confident Sport programme – resources to help build girls’ body confidence and keep them playing sports.
Body Confident Sport consists of two programmes: Body Confident Athletes and Body Confident Coaching, designed to be delivered by coaches or trusted adults within girls’ sport environments. Together, these tools help challenge harmful body stereotypes and celebrate every girl’s right to play. You can download Body Confident Athletes here.
We developed the Body Confident Sport programme to help empower sports coaches with tips on how to teach positive body image in sports. Find out more information on Body Confident Sport here.
