1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 16 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To sign up for a sample, fill in the entry form with your First Name, Last Name, Postal Address, Email Address, and tick the box to ensure you accept the Terms & Conditions. There is an option to tick a box to opt-in to Unilever marketing communications. Please then submit the form.
3. The opening date for entries is 09:00 BST 08/05/2023 and the closing date for entries will be 09:00 BST 22/05/2023, or when all the samples have been purchased (in line with clause 8), whichever comes first.
4. One sample of Dove Gradual Self Tan Mousse 150ml Light to Medium or Dove Gradual Self Tan Mousse 150ml Medium to Dark per household and per ISP address. Samples delivered to UK addresses only and are allocated to valid entries on a first come first served basis.

9. There are 16,000 samples in total. There are two options of samples: Dove Summer Revived Gradual Self Tan Mousse Light to Medium 150ml and Dove Summer Revived Gradual Self Tan Mousse Medium to Dark 150ml. You will choose which sample you want to obtain whilst they are still available in stock. If a sample is out of stock, this will be made clear on the page by saying either ‘No longer available’ or ‘Out of stock’, and you will only be able to obtain the alternative sample. The breakdown of each product is below:

10. The samples will be allocated on a first comes first come first basis.
11. The sample is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Samples are not transferable.
12. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. You will select which sample you want to receive from the available samples on the form. On the following pages you will enter your postal details and pay for the fulfilment cost of the sample. Samples will be dispatched within 72 hours of claiming your sample. However, if unforeseen delays occur, this may delay dispatching for up to 3 weeks.
14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Entrants release Facebook for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.
15 By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
16. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
