School Workshops
on Body Confidence

We believe every young person deserves to grow up feeling confident about their appearance. That's why we developed Loving Me, Amazing Me, and Confident Me: evidence-based resources for educators.

Designed to promote adolescent body confidence, these free downloadable tools enable teachers and schools to run effective body-confidence workshops. These workshops help teachers and pupils explore how media-portrayed image ideals impact young people's self-esteem.

Low body confidence and self-esteem significantly affect young people's learning. Appearance anxiety is linked to poorer concentration and reduced class engagement, leading to worse academic performance. Globally, 8 out of 10 girls avoid important everyday activities, like engaging with friends, due to concerns about their looks.

Available as single- and five-session tools, these resources adapt to your timeframe and are proven to positively impact body confidence. Workshops explore how society, professional, and social media promote an unrealistic 'ideal' body, teaching strategies to protect and build self-confidence in themselves and others.
