CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. 

The following are not eligible to enter: employees or agents of Unilever UK Limited (the “Promoter”), Hark London Ltd (“Hark”), any of their group companies, their families or households, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 

No purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are required. Entry to a Webinar Prize Draw also requires registration for, and attendance at, the relevant webinar. 

How to Enter 

There are three separate random prize draws under this promotion: (a) Registration Prize Draw; (b) Webinar Prize Draw 1; and (c) Webinar Prize Draw 2 (each a “Prize Draw”). 

Registration Prize Draws. To enter Registration Prize Draw, visit [www.dove.com/uk/dove-self-esteem-project/bcx-football-edition.html] complete the registration form and actively tick the separate box confirming that you wish to enter the relevant Prize Draw. Entry into the Prize Draw is not conditional on agreeing to receive marketing communications. 

Webinar Prize Draws. To enter Webinar Prize Draw 1 or Webinar Prize Draw 2, register for the relevant webinar through the Zoom registration page accessed from the Dove BCX Football Edition landing page (URL) or invitation email, and attend the relevant webinar. Registration without attendance will not constitute a valid entry. 

Only valid entries received within the applicable entry period will be included in the relevant Prize Draw. 

ENTRY PERIOD 

The opening, closing and draw dates for each Prize Draw are set out in the dates table immediately below. 

Entry Requirements 

The promotion is limited to one entry per person, per email address, per Prize Draw. No entrant may win more than one prize per Prize Draw. Prizes are limited to one per household per Prize Draw. 

Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement. 

Automated entries, scripts, or entries made through bots, AI systems or any other automated means are prohibited. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entry suspected of being generated or assisted by automated technology. The Promoter's decision regarding the validity of any entry shall be final and made in its sole discretion. 

Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 

By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence). 

Prizes  

Registration Prize Draw: one winner will receive 30 bottles of Dove Velvet Glow Body Wash, 450 ml each (aggregate recommended retail value approximately £112.50). 

Webinar Prize Draw 1: one (1) winner will receive one (1) Dove goody bag containing: (i) Dove Advanced Dragonfruit FIFA Body Wash 400ml; (ii) Dove Advanced Dragonfruit FIFA Deodorant Spray 200ml; (iii) Dove Refill Pink Deodorant Case; (iv) Dove Refill Peony & Pineapple Pod 35ml; and (v) Dove Body + Mind Dragonfruit & Primrose Body Scrub 225ml. 

Webinar Prize Draw 2: one (1) winner will receive one (1) Dove goody bag containing: (i) Dove Advanced Dragonfruit FIFA Body Wash 400ml; (ii) Dove Advanced Dragonfruit FIFA Deodorant Spray 200ml; (iii) Dove Refill Pink Deodorant Case; (iv) Dove Refill Peony & Pineapple Pod 35ml; and (v) Dove Body + Mind Dragonfruit & Primrose Body Scrub 225ml. 

The Promoter will arrange delivery of each prize to a valid UK address supplied by the winner. Delivery will be made within 30 days after the winner has validly claimed the prize, subject to stock and courier availability. 

Each prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part. 

Selection of Winners 

Registration Prize Draws (1 and 2): All valid entries received on or before the applicable closing date will be entered into a verifiably random computer draw. One (1) winner will be selected at random for each Registration Prize Draw. 

Webinar Prize Draws (1 and 2): All eligible attendees of the applicable Webinar will be entered into a verifiably random draw run either live during the Webinar (using the Zoom attendee list) or on the following working day. 1(One) winner will be selected at random for each Webinar Prize Draw. 

In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. 

The winner(s) will be notified by an email within 28 days of the closing date. The winner(s) must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and address within 14 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.  

The winner(s) may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion, limited to use of the winner's first name and initial of surname only (e.g. "Sarah M") and only with the winner's positive consent given at the point of prize claim. For the avoidance of doubt, no full names, images or personal data of any minor (including any player coached by the winner) will be used in any publicity or post-competition communications. 

If you are selected as a winner and Promoter receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, Promoter will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. "AA". If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them. 

The winner's(s') details (initials of first and last name) may be made available on request by emailing (ukicare@unilever.com) within 6(six) weeks of the closing date. 

Third-Party Rights and FIFA  

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, FIFA. FIFA-branded prizes are supplied by the Promoter under licence. 

Data Protection 

Unilever UK Limited is the Promoter and Data Controller for the promotion. Personal data will be processed to administer the Prize Draws, verify eligibility, select and contact winners, deliver prizes, handle queries and maintain an appropriate compliance record. 

Hark will process personal data on the Promoter’s behalf in connection with webinar registration, reminder communications, attendance administration and the Webinar Prize Draws. This includes accessing entrants’ names and email addresses in order to contact entrants about the webinars and the Prize Draws 

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, the Promoter ensures an appropriate safeguard is in place in accordance with UK data protection law. Further detail is available in the Promoter's privacy notice. 

Entrants may separately choose to receive Dove-branded nurture or marketing communications. Any such choice must be voluntary, unbundled from Prize Draw entry and capable of being withdrawn. Refusing or withdrawing marketing consent will not affect entry or the chance of winning.

General Terms 

Zoom and Hark are service providers for the promotion and are not the promoter. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Zoom. 

By entering, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms. 

The Promoter may disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached these terms, acted fraudulently or otherwise undermined the fair administration of a Prize Draw. 

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any change will be no more extensive than necessary and will not unfairly disadvantage entrants. 

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to this, the Promoter is not responsible for loss that is not a foreseeable result of its breach or for circumstances outside its reasonable control. 

These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
