To the Consumer
1. This promotion is open to consumers who sign up to receive marketing communications from Unilever and who are residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Employees must obtain their employer’s consent to claim. This promotion is UK only.
2. The promotion is available at participating Tesco stores in the UK only.
3. You can claim the coupon after you signed up to receive marketing communications from Unilever in response to Facebook/Meta and/or Instagram advertisements by clicking at the link in the advertisement.
4. Personal data
4.1. Your data will be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and for other proposes which you consented to. The personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice which can be found here: https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html
4.2. If you wish to withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications from Unilever you can do it at any time by using Contact us section at https://www.dove.com/uk/contactus.html or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing communication you receive from us.
5. Promotional Period
5.1. Please note that the promotion runs from 06:00 BST 29/07/2024 and closes on 23:59 BST 26/08/2024 or upon redemption of all available digital coupons, whichever date comes first.
5.2. There will be a maximum number of 4,000 (four thousand) £1.50 digital coupons available for redemption from the Promoter.
5.3. Please do not attempt to use your digital coupon once it expires.
6. To Claim Your Digital Coupon
6.1. To claim a digital coupon, either:
6.1.1. Visit https://dove.com/uk/doveskin-2024-coupon.html and complete the form with your full name, email address and mobile telephone number in the electronic form. Answering the additional questions on the form is optional. By registering for this promotion, you agree to receive offers and updates from trusted Unilever brands via email and online advertising. Your consent can be withdrawn in accordance with 4.2.
6.1.2. Visit a Meta Lead Ad on Facebook or Instagram and complete the form with your full name and email address and mobile telephone number. Answering the additional questions on the form is optional. By registering for this promotion, you agree to receive offers and updates from trusted Unilever brands via email and online advertising. Your consent can be withdrawn in accordance with 4.2.
6.2. You will receive an SMS/text message with a link to a digital coupon.
6.3. You will have exactly 7 days from receiving the digital coupon link via SMS/text message in which to use your digital coupon in a participating Tesco store in the UK before it expires.
7. How to Use a Digital Coupon
7.1. To use your digital coupon in-store, you must pick up a Participating Product at a participating Tesco store. When you are at the till ready to pay for the Participating Product, you will need to click the link in the SMS/text message and select to “unlock” your digital coupon.
7.2. Once the digital coupon is unlocked you will have up to 20 minutes in which to use it by scanning the unique voucher code yourself at the till or passing to a staff member to do so.
7.3. Please only unlock the digital coupon once you are at the tills and ready to pay, as once the 20-minute timer has elapsed, your coupon will automatically expire, irrespective of the promotion end-date.
7.4. This digital coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other in-store promotion or coupon offer. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
7.5. The original digital coupon (not a copy) can be used to redeem £1.50 the Participating Products at participating UK Tesco stores only. Only one original digital coupon (not a copy) can be used per person and per transaction.
7.6. Digital coupons can only be used in-store, excluding online. Any remaining balance must be paid by you.
8. Participating Products
8.1. The Participating Products are:
8.1.1. Dove Advanced Care Deeply Nourishing body wash 400ml;
8.1.2. Dove Advanced Care Nourishing Silk body wash 400ml;
8.1.3. Dove Advanced Care Pro Age body wash 400ml;
8.1.4. Dove Advanced Care Hydrating body wash 400ml;
8.1.5. Dove Advanced Care Pampering body wash 400ml;
8.1.6. Dove Advanced Care Anti Stress body wash 400ml
8.2. All of the participating products included in the promotion are subject to availability. If none of the selected products are available, this digital coupon cannot be used against any other product as an alternative. Please do not attempt to redeem the digital coupon against any other product.
9. Each Zappit coupon is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same coupon more than once will result in disqualification of discount request and all such requests will be declared void.
10. Only one coupon and redemption per person is allowed across the promotional period. Maximum one redemption per person across the promotional period. Unique identity will be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter and will include singular and collective checks on, but not limited to mobile number, email address and payment details.
11. Tesco remain free at all times to set their own prices.
12. This digital coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon offer. This digital coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, auctioned, sold, traded, transferred or assigned. Digital coupon void if altered, photocopied or reproduced (whole or part). Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.
13. The Promoter reserves the right not to attribute the discount/redemption in the event of abuse or fraud to these rules, or if it has reason to believe that they have been accepted other than in accordance with these terms, without the participant being able to assert any right against the Promoter.
14. By signing up for a digital coupon you are consenting to receive an SMS/text message containing the digital coupon link and reminder text to remind you to redeem your digital coupon. Should you redeem the digital coupon and purchase selected products, you are agreeing to a text feedback request on the products purchased with the digital coupon.
15. Once you have redeemed your digital coupon and purchased a product, you will receive an SMS/text message to review the product and post your review on the brand website. Should you elect to provide a comment and/or feedback, you consent to the use of the comment on Unilever brands or the retailer’s website without any compensation payable to you, into perpetuity and on a global scale. By providing product feedback you are giving permission for the Promoter to upload your review onto the brand website and retailer site. Feedback is anonymous and optional.
16. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation.
17. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
18. Errors in printing, spelling or composition and similar errors have no value and cannot be invoked as a remedy against the Promoter and/or third parties.
19. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
21. The Promoter reserves the right, in a reasonable manner and taking into account the concrete circumstances, to adapt the rules of the promotion and/or interrupt or stop the promotion, without prior notification in the event of circumstances outside of their control. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
