After washing, divide your damp hair into sections. Spray 2-3 pumps per section into the roots, before blow-drying as usual. Between washes, it can also be used to add a boost of moisture day-to-day: just spray 5-6 pumps over dry hair (from about 8 inches away) and then comb through
