Cammy came along to her first Dove Self-Esteem workshop when she was just 15. Since then she’s applied what she learnt in the session to all areas of her life, and strives to help others find their own confidence and bravery.
Real beauty to me means walking out the door with a smile on your face and challenging yourself to do the things you think you can’t.

Inspired by helping women recognise their own beauty – what she calls the ‘light-bulb moment’ – Cammy has taken the lessons she’s learnt and turned them into her life’s ambition.
As well as studying towards becoming a psychologist specialising in helping girls and women, she has launched a speaking platform called ‘Brave Like Me’ to connect with girls on the issues of bravery, confidence and compassion.
