    Smooth chignon

This hairstyle is perfect for protecting the ends of your hair from damage such as frayed, dried or split ends. All you need to do is take two small sections of hair from the sides and twist each of them gently and tie them together with a soft scrunchy. Thereafter, tuck the rest of the hair upwards around the tied section.

    Ponytail Braided or Bun

Not the messy kind - one that is made after braiding your hair. Make a mid or low ponytail that is not at all tight and then make a lose braid. Thereafter, gently wrap the braid into a soft bun and set it in place using a bobby pin.

    Twisted Low Braid or Bun

Similar to the braided bun, once you have made a ponytail, part your hair into two neat and equal sections. Thereafter, gently twist each section and tie with a small band. Do the same with the other section of hair. Now, twist the two twisted sections with the other until you reach the end of your hair. Now remove the tiny bands you had used earlier and tie the entire ending of the rope braid. You can choose to leave in like a simple braid or wear as a loose bun.

    Twisted Headband Hair Style

The twisted headband is one of the easiest and safest hairstyles to do. All you need is to wear a soft elastic headband. You can use a ribbon as well. Thereafter, simply fold the ends of your hair upwards and tuck them behind the band. Gently fluff the hair and spread it to the sides. That’s it, your hairstyle is done.

    Loose Half Braid

Half braids stop at the mid-section of the hair. However, you can choose to wear a simple braid or you could wear it like a French braid as well. A French braid starts at the crown of the head and keeps adding sections of hair to the braid as it progresses downwards.

    Loose Half-up Tied Knot

This is an extremely easy hairstyle that is perfect for wearing at home or a casual day at the mall or café with friends. All you need to do is to take two small sections of hair from the sides, bring them together behind the head and tie them in a half knot or bun.

Pro tip – Always use a protective and nourishing hair serum that not only adds gloss to your hair but also keeps it untangled. Use a conditioner after washing your hair with the shampoo for softer, moisturized ends. It’s best to oil your hair before shampooing as this can help make your hair stronger, flexible and resistant to breakage.

It’s always the little things that count the most. With these myth breakers you can help protect your hair from further damage this summer. Your hair will thank you for extra care by looking fabulous throughout this hot season.
