 To exfoliate skin, scoop a generous amount of body polish into your hands, massage on skin to get all-over creamy coverage, and then rinse away to reveal smooth skin. Use 3-4 times per week and follow with Dove Body Wash or Dove Beauty Bar. For sensitive skin, use the body polish once a week and then try gradually increasing.
